1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Saga Security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Saga Security provides professional security services including:
- Manned Guarding and Construction Security
- Concierge and Reception Services
- Retail Security
- Event Management Security
- Gatehouse Services
- Dog Handling Teams
- Key Holding & Alarm Response
- Mobile Patrols
- Security Consulting
3. Service Agreement
All security services are provided under a separate service agreement that will specify:
- Scope of services
- Duration of service
- Pricing and payment terms
- Specific terms and conditions for the service
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Invoices are issued monthly in advance
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payment charges may apply
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
5. Liability and Insurance
Saga Security maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Our liability is limited as specified in individual service agreements and in accordance with UK law.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and security arrangements. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.
8. Compliance
All services are provided in compliance with:
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) regulations
- UK employment law
- Health and safety regulations
- Data protection laws
9. Force Majeure
Saga Security shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
